Franklin optical helped me without any issues I called to America's best to see if they would pop my lenses out my old frames into a new frame cause I was missing a leg on my old frames my grandma has stage 3 cancer and I need to be able to see what I'm doing and America's best said no sorry can't help you so I found Franklin's optical they are wonderful within 5mins he popped them out my old frames and put them inn a new frame very reasonable and affordable for me asked me about my grandma and told me to hold on everything will be OK this is a place I definitely would be returning again and I recommend this place to anyone great service and hospitality wonderful people

My experience: I googled "eye glass repair" near my home and this was the first place that popped up. Not knowing what to expect, i walked in and was greeted kindly. Let me tell you that my glasses were pretty banged up. I handed them to the gentleman not knowing what he'd say. I'm sure any other place would've tried talking me into a new pair but he didn't. He looked at them closely and said, give me 20 minutes. Fast forward 20 minutes later and my glasses looked and felt brand new. He took the time to adjust them correctly and polished the lenses as well. They actually fit way better than when I first purchased them from another place. I highly recommend you come here for any or all of your eye glass needs. He's super friendly, very efficient, and most of all, he's honest and genuinely trys to help.
